My Journey to Belitung Island - Laskar Pelangi Beach / Tanjung Tinggi Beach

I spent my last weekend with my father and his crews. We went to Belitung Island! It was such a great trip. I stayed at BW Suite Hotel for 3 days. I really enjoyed the clean and fresh environment. I met so many amazing people because actually that was not an ordinary trip, it was traveling plus a business trip. We also attended entrepreneurship seminar in BW Suite Hotel meeting room.

The leader of this trip was Mr. Tung Desem Waringin. He is so well known as the one of the best Indonesian Motivator specialized in Business, Marketing, Finance, and other things that connected into those specialities. 

These pictures were taken by the tour guide and Mr. Tung Desem Waringin himself (yes, he helped me and my father, even other people to took our trip photos). Why the hell are you wearing a long sleeve shirt margaret? Because this was my first day and we didn't have time to check in to our hotel. We decided to discovered our first destination. We has some lunch and at the same time we could see the amazing view outside (the beach).

After we finished our first meal and break in Belitung, we went straight to Laskar Pelangi Beach or Tanjung Tinggi (Highland) Beach. Why do locals called this place as "Laskar Pelangi" Beach? Because this place is the film site of Indonesia's most popular movie "Laskar Pelangi" (The Rainbow Troops) based on the novel by Andrea Hirata.
