My Journey to Solo [Surakarta] - Point 9 Lifestyle Corner

The soft wrapped vegetables and beef, with a nice mayo sauce and fries. So recommended!

The place is so cozy and instagram-able

I never try to visit the restaurant before. But suddenly, when I went back to Solo.. my dad decided to go to a car wash at SPBU Manahan (SPBU means gas station) and in the same place you can find a car wash service and a restaurant. The restaurant name's Point 9 Lifestyle Corner.

We ordered 4 different foods and drinks. But I didn't put so many attention for the drinks. I just took several photos only for their foods. The service was amazing. The place it self is so damn cozy and instagram-able. Indonesians mostly say "kekinian". Maybe, you think a restaurant near (at the corner of) a gas station is a bad idea,.. you are definitely wrong. You can still breath fresh air and chill at this cozy place. Around the restaurant it self there is a public garden and outdoor decoration.

Quite surprising when we went to the cashier and paid the bill, the price's so freakin cheap. We ate like... 4 different meals and drinks, yet we just spent around $20 (Rp 200,000+). You can't get a shit in Jakarta when we ordered 4 kind of meals and drinks at any hype cafes / restaurants. Even, yesterday I went to a restaurant in Senopati area with my friends and I spent over $60 for 4 different meals and drinks.

I really want to give this restaurant a big applause, lol. I know, probably because the taxes in Solo / Surakarta is way cheaper than the taxed in Jakarta (aka the capital city of Indonesia). But $20 for all 4 different kind of meals and drinks, that's pretty insane for me.
