My Journey to Bandung - Armor Kopi

Green Tea + A Plate of Bitterballen

(Coffee Shop)

I am back at Jakarta. I just came back from Bandung. Yes, I had amazing moments with my 2 travel buddies here, introducing my friends Dara and Vani. I can't imagine that we can go together out of Jakarta. We just suddenly planned about traveling to Bandung for 3 days. Jakarta to Bandung, honestly you just need to spend one and a half hour on the road. Thanked God, Dara was driving safely to Bandung.

On the second day, we decided to visit the most well known coffee shop in town called Armor Kopi. Kopi means coffee in Bahasa Indonesia (just in case you acknowledge that). I ordered Green Tea (a real green tea), Dara ordered a cup of coffee (maybe a robusta or liberica with extra milk, I forgot). and Vani ordered Milk Tea. Vani also ordered a plate of Bitterballen.

For the price, it's quite cheap. I can't find this kind of coffee shop in Jakarta. Everything is more than Rp 30K. Here, I still find several drinks bellow that. But, those drinks were so-so. About the green tea, it's definitely a glass of ocha or chinese tea that I use to drink everyday at home. The Bitterballen was also not that tasty and I can't eat that without chili sauce or sambal aka a bit tasteless. Yea, but everything was cheap and we came here for the view. We couldn't blame that too.

Do you want to try to visit here soon and take photos there? I recommend to visit this coffee shop in the morning. We arrived at 8:45 and they already served all of us even they used to open around 9AM.
